I have been seen by multiple Doctors at BVA and no matter what I have felt like they take care in their patients to heart. My main Doctor Dr Ronan and he has made me feel such comfort in his care. He listens, explains, suggest other options and makes me feel like family. From the office staff to the assistant all the way to Dr sit down and map it out is more than I have expected. Most Drs get ya in and out the door as fast as then can but when I have Questions when I have Fear and worry when I have Need someone to hear me, Dr Ronan and Erin is there listening and helping me with the next step in my care. Thank you BVA, Dr Ronan and Erin for all you do!!!

Dr. Potter and BVA Advanced Eye Care made me feel very comfortable with my experience. This is the first eye procedure that I have had, and I didn't know what to expect. They were great about explaining the whole process, and what to expect in recovery. Dr. Potter did an excellent job with the procedure. I highly recommend BVA to anyone. They explain everything along the way and make sure that you are comfortable during the outpatient procedure.

I’m so grateful for their willingness to stay open for me on a busy Wednesday night. I had a little bit of an emergency, and needed to pick up specialty eye drops. Technically, they were closed and most businesses would not have helped me past business hours, but they did, and it made my day so much better! Great work, BVA!!
