I am very impressed with BVA. At 73, my eyes are needing some educated TLC and Dr. Monica Hartman and her technician take extremely good care of me without pushing my limits.

I have been a patient at BVA for a number of years. I see two different doctors and they are both very caring and thorough with the examinations. I most recently saw Dr. Ronan. He was great at explaining what is going on with my eyes. I have seen him twice in the past six weeks, I never felt as though he was trying to hurry thru the appointment. He took his time and truly made me feel the care that he most likely gives every patient he comes in contact with.

Took an hour and half to get seen after my scheduled appointment. No one apologized for running behind. Plus I had to show up 10 minutes early.
