I waited 4 months for this appointment. I get there at 9, and I already hear someone else in the waiting room say he's been there since 7. An hour and a half passes, and I'm still waiting. The front desk person keeps saying I'm next, and they're just waiting on a room to open up. When I ask her how long the appt will be, she says about 30 min. I get taken in shortly after, and the technician says, "Btw your appt will be 4-6 hours long." No one told me that, but they casually expect you to have that kind of time. As a working professional with my own patients, I tell them I did not take PTO for the whole day - just a few hours. I ended up having to reschedule for another few months later. It sounds like there's a patient queue for each test they want you to undergo. What a waste of time. I've been to other eye institutes before, and this one seems hopelessly incompetent.

Had LASIK with Dr. Manche, and my only regret is that I didn’t get it sooner! His bedside manner is kind and knowledgeable, he takes time to answer all questions and explain details. I had no complications and no pain, and am thrilled with the results one year out. The staff is prompt, courteous and informative.
