My first visit there and I was impressed. From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated courteously. Everything was thoroughly explained and I felt quite welcome. Don't understand the poor reviews.

I had such a great experience! The staff is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. The Dr took his time and explained everything to me. Definitely recommend!!!

I called 10 other offices and no one could fit us in as emergency except this office! They also only charge 40.00 without insurance. Everybody is so nice with such great customer service. They follow the lead of the awesome doctor. The doctor took time to explain everything and answer every question. He didnt rush us like every other doctor. Very nice atmosphere and clean looking. Highly recommend this eye care facility!

Best optometrists ever, but the the opticians are pirates, they increase the value of the lenses with no discrimination at all. may sure everything is clear in you bill before you walk out the door.

Me and my family have been a patient of this practice for over 10 years and I can honestly say they are amazing. The staff is great friendly, polite, helpful. always ready and willing to go above and beyond to help their patients.

We had a last minute emergency glasses repair and stopped by here. They were quick and friendly and replaced the necessary part free of charge. Also the decor inside was fun and quirky. Strong recommend!

I always have excellent experience at my optometrist’s office from start to finish. Sarah is incredibly welcoming, professional, and makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. Mirney was also amazing — very kind, patient, and attentive throughout the visit. Dr. Koepnick is outstanding. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, answers all of my questions, and makes me feel genuinely cared for as a patient. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail really stands out. The entire staff creates a friendly and comfortable atmosphere, and the level of customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and a team that truly cares about their patients.

I love coming here. The main reason I go is because the eye-doctors are great, the wait times are very short when you make an appointment, and they are always straight. Also, the examinations one needs are done thoroughly and to be honest, for all the years I've been going I don't have any major complaints, I'm happy with the overall service. I can't give a 5 simply because it's a distance away from me (nothing they can do about that) and a couple of other minor observations: like the inside of the office could do good with a bit of a remodeling, but that's simply my opinion and may not mean much, on the functional part, it's very clean and accommodating and has everything that is necessary. The one minor gripe I do have is the way some people at the front have decided to answer the phone, some respond with: Hello, can you please hold! And immediately put you on hold. That is a practice that I think MUST disappear. One, you need to provide your name, and second, you must await the reply from the caller to know if they are fine with holding, else why did you even answer? Not just say "can you please hold" and put the person on hold, not even allowing the caller to say a thing! I can think of it as the equivalent of hanging up. It is a very displeasing and horrendous practice that should be stopped -- it also shows a lack of courtesy. Get the person details (name, phone number) if you are too busy, and call them back, or don't answer. It's a suggestion and I hope the comment is understood as well intended. And I also understand if it's not a practice that all have adopted, but whoever does should stop it.

Such an amazing office & staff. They are punctual, knowledgeable & always so helpful, understanding, & caring. I switched over from a large company where you are just another number & i had terrible experiences but this place has made all the difference! Highly recommended!

My first visit to this center was in 2016 and despite the fact that my glasses had to be returned for the laboratory to be adjusted I was satisfied with the attention,this year I went again to get my vision checked which I paid out of my pocket, my glasses were sent twice to the laboratory because they were not fit properly, today after giving them a week of testing I had to return them because I couldn’t get adapted,I had migraines, I had troubles driving etc, I asked for the refund of my money and here is when I encountered an unpleasant experience with Jackie the manager, her words were that the next time I come back I couldn't ask for progressives, she was rude to me and her attitude was that obviously the progressives were not for me (this would be my third progressive glasses). This person has a completely lack of bedside manner , and today she lost a client , it seems intolerable to me that she puts the fact that the glasses had already been sent twice to the laboratory before the well-being and safety of a patient. Personally I will not return to that center because Jackie the manager does not know how to treat customers, she is rude and nasty.If you read the reviews all the complaints are because of the manager, is a fact that she doesn’t fit for that position, and is a shame that the owner hasn’t been careful about this issue.

The staff are super nice. All my family members go here, we get out eyes checked once a year, and always have a pleasant experience!

What a great experience. Fantastic optometrists who take their time. Staff was very helpful, working with me to find the best pair of glasses. They saw that my last purchase from them was missing the anti-reflective add on I paid for, so they credited it to my new pair. Honest, no pressure people, great location, would DEFINITELY recommend others to visit them.

Was a loyal client to the big place next door but had a constant issue with my contacts. Makeup was no longer possible. Come one day to C&K and I am one month later wearing makeup everyday. Betsey was thorough and made sure I felt comfortable. Explained my issues in simple terms I could understand. 100 percent recommend would never go any where else.

I've been going there for years. The doctors are excellent. They have always given me a sample of my contacts to make sure it's the correct fit, in case we need to adjust the prescription. The staff has always helped me to pick glasses that go with my face, they are fantastic at this. Making appointments is easy and they run on time. I highly recommend them.

Atmosphere feels homey. Mostly friendly service. I was disappointed though in the results. 1st prescription was adjusted to be a tad less. I'm not sure why. They were blurry and I had to return. I had to make a f/u appt before I could. The 2nd pair was worse. Another appt required which they tried to charge me for. Now I'm on my 3rd pair, they feel wide but girl said it's cause of the RX but my current ones are just as thick and they're not wide. I see better with this pair but they feel loose on my face. Thank God it's 2019. Going somewhere else to start over. I've been wearing glasses since I was 7, now 55. Never had issues like this. Also the last girl that helped me wasn't friendly, actually looking at her watch as if she had more important things to do, which made me feel rushed. Not one smile although her demeanor was very unwelcoming to start with. Oh and PS, I referred my husband there in the summer and they tried to over sell what he actually needed by telling him he had astigmatism. He returned the glasses finally got full refund her went to Visionworks next door and all he needed was magnified glasses for reading and computer and they referred him to Walgreens for an inexpensive pair, not the $150 pair C&K sold him and that's with great insurance.

The optometrists are very good but the office manager is extremely rude and has the worst customer service I have seen in any health care practice. Very poor service.

I love this place because of the care and attention to detail that they provide as an eyecare provider. I stopped going to box big locations because it felt like they were trying to push me out of the door. That is not the case with C&K Eyecare. Always courteous and professional. The only reason that I give this location a 4 star is because the office hours are difficult for working professionals. I usually have to take time off or come in on Saturdays for an appointment.

What an amazing place! I hate getting my eyes checked but I would never think about going anywhere else than C&K. The staff is super helpful and always make it ahold experience. They also take their time to show you how to use contact lenses and help with the fitting! I have convinced my entire family to become loyal customers. C&K is like family to us now. A++. Absolutely awesome!

I had been a customer for 5 years(since 2015). Eventually they will mess the service to get few more bucks. It's almost imposible to speak with managers.

I have been going to them as far as I could remember (at least 20 years), and they have been nothing but the best. I always look forward to getting my yearly examination. Everyone working there is awesome and they make your experience there a pleasure.

The doctors and assistant are great but the office manager is out of control. She is rude and nasty to the patients. Her lack of professionalism and common courtesy leaves a lot to be desired. Even the other employees were embarrassed with her attitude. Not quite sure who she thinks she is. I really do hope that Dr. Koepnick steps in and takes control of the situation because it is his office after all and he should know What is going on when he’s not around. I will definitely not step foot in that office again until she no longer works there.

I went ti this place for years paying thousands of dollars. I am a 64 years old retired without Medicare or insurance. Dr. Betsy is a good doctor, very nice but in my opinion is not place for old senior persons. I brought my old frames and I paid $800.00 for glasses. Optician Mirney Alegre and manager Jackie Cedeno convinced to me to take a very expensive pair of glasses and I feel not well with those in weeks and I returned at optical Mirney Alegre said sarcastically and disrespectfully commenting as we left to " For Eye Optical " finally Jackie Cedeno with bad manners accepted do it again and not returned my money . Nothing compared as how it was 10 years ago. I don't think I am coming back ever and not recommended this place.

The worst communication for first timers. I hate to write reviews like this because it should have never happen. Please if you want contacts check the price for this service. Every one with issuance should go over with what the services cost before they are done. I do very very appriciate they did own up to they're mistake of lack of communication and refunded the money. At the same time I do own up to my own fault for not being proactive and asking the prices for contact services. Thank you.

Bad experience I left my glasses and it wasn’t done right then they want to charge me back again other amount for the same service to fix it ! Never going again !
