She explained to each one of us the best ways to maintain our eye health as well as provided detailed information about our vision. Great selection of glasses to choose from as well. So happy we made the switch to Dr. Michelle Shin. She works great with both adults and children of all ages!

I absolutely love C .Well Vision Care and Dr. Michelle Shin, and cannot recommend her enough! I brought my 6 year old son to see her after we had switched insurance plans to VSP and honestly, after this wonderful first experience and her excellent bedside manner, I plan on making her my own optometrist as well. Dr. Shin was extremely kind, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and is so natural with kids. She made my son feel comfortable right away with her warm and playful presence, and her assortment of toys, snacks and even short cartoons kept him engaged the whole time. I was very impressed by how thoroughly she conducted her exam and explained the science behind everything to me in a way that was clear and accessible. It's evident that she genuinely cares for her patients and loves her job. We never felt rushed and her easy online appointment system made things so convenient too! And I love the office space! It's so clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. All the staff there are so personable, making the visit from beginning to end such a lovely one.

Dr Shin is amazing with kids. After several failed attempts at going to various south bay optometrists, I found one that is not only patient with children but has all the tools and incentives to keep them relatively focused on the task. We never felt rushed and she was consistently patient with my fidgety daughter. 100% recommend for all kids!
