Horrible phone service and no actual clear person who knows what’s going on or how to assist. Eye doctors can choose when to leave and are typically gone HOURS before they are supposed to. No actual support on phone services; just more redirection until someone tells you “yeah the doctor left at 12 today even though they were supposed to be there until 4:30 sorry about that.” Horrible services and proves why our country is in the toilet when it comes to supporting its citizens

It takes forever to get your glasses once you’ve ordered them. When you pay the full amount the then add more fees to your balance when you pick them up. You also have to contact them in regards to your glasses even coming in. They don’t contact you at all. They gave to the run around and it seemed as nobody knows what’s going on.

Can't even get an appointment. Told to call on Tuesday, when I called, rude woman said she can't help me, call back tomorrow.

Been calling to confirm my appointment and the same lady answer and tells me to call another day shes really rude and have a temper please hire professional people its business not a charity... i call monday july 8th and today july 9th same attitude if she doesnt want to work hire someone more efficiently

This is the only optometrist I've gone to in Pittsburg and I have absolutely no complaints. Very nice staff!! Also, they actually care ❤

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU LIKE WAITING WEEKS FOR YOUR GLASSES !!!! they are never open everytime I call the front desk is like “ actually no one came in today call back tomorrow at 1 “ like geez I’ve been calling back at 1 for almost a month now n my 3 yr old daughter is unfortunately the one who has to suffer :( !!! Please do better !!! This is unacceptable !!!!

Dr. Ong is the best. She is very patient and knowledgeable and answers every single question I had. I was very nervous during my visit and she reassured me and calmed me down . She does a thorough assessment and cares for her patients. Dr. Ong is amazing at what she does !!!
