Not ok with call center diverted to India and could not communicate with agent who would not according to "policy" let me schedule for both my children and self which I had never had a problem doing before. Wish they would have not have changed call system. Very awful having to go through prompts to not reach someone in office to understand needs. Sadly will not be returning after years of taking family.

This place doesn't even know its own address/location. If anyone is looking for this place, the address is 150 Grand Ave Ste J, Glendora, CA 91741. NOT in S Grand Ave...unless you wanna end up in W Covina, 91791. 20 minutes away. In a senior living assistance facility...???
