Worse eye appointment in 40 years!! Waited 35 minutes after my appointment time. In the beginning I asked the doctor to take her time as it is difficult for me to judge which eye selection (1 or 2) is better. This did not happen and when I asked her to slow down she CHEWED me out and implied it was me who had the issue - She said she did not change from (6 & 7) & I thought she did. Everything was so fast. Even if I was incorrect in my judgement I should not have been talked to in that manner!! I was the last patient and felt everyone was scurrying to get out the door for lunch or home. Very Abrupt!! I will not return and I tell my primary physician who made the recommendation of my experience!!!

This was my first visit with Dr. Chang. She was such a delight. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. She explained what she was looking for and made me feel very comfortable in her capable hands. Excellent doctor.

Dr. Lu was really great. Explained everything I needed to hear. Let me know when I needed to come back if I needed to come back. Actually the whole staff at this location in Glendora was very accommodating friendly and super nice.
