Customer service is terrible. The front desk does not greet patients, the appointment times are not honored. Additionally, when you call to get information on charges, reps on phone again lack basic customer service. When my elderly parents asked for their after visit summary, they were told they each had to pay $25. Frankly, quite ludicrous to have to pay for an after visit summary. I’ve never encountered this fee. Terrible service, unfriendly staff who clearly don’t like working in the office.

Feel scammed by this place. I made an appointment, they didn't accept my medical insurance, so I said I'd be a cash patient. They told me the charge would be $130 at the time I made the appointment. A few days before the appointment I received a call to verify the appointment, and was reminded that the cost would be $130. I was fine with that, and when I arrived for the appointment I paid the $130 and saw the doctor for my annual exam. I then received a bill for an additional $50 with no explanation. I wrote to California Eye surgeons, but never got a response. But California Eye Surgeons is dinging my credit report every month that I don't pay it. Beware!

My parents had to cancel appt due to flooding and heavy rain and they are elderly and the office still charged them $50 no show they called early morning but still not care at all for their safety, they even rescheduled appt and still did not waive the $50.00. No compassion for the elderly and customer service is bad, I tried calling for my parents and no return calls and apparently no managers to speak too. I hope someone that owns this business will care enough to read reviews and make a change in customer service.
