I had my eyes checked twice and had my eyes refraction tested once at this clinic, and also got a pair of glasses. The doctor was very good, but the nurses were terrible. They were unfriendly and impatient with me, an older person who doesn't speak English or Spanish, and didn't seem to care much about communication. I felt they were unprofessional and rushed through the process. In the examination room, I could clearly hear the nurses chatting and laughing in their office, making it noisy and disruptive. This is my personal experience.

I had two eye checks and one optometry in this clinic and got a pair of glasses. The doctor was nice, but the nurse was terrible. They were not friendly or patient with me, an old man who is not good at English and can't speak Spanish. When doing communication, I feel that it is unprofessional and hasty. In the consultation room, I can clearly hear their nurses chatting and joking in the office. It is noisy and not quiet. This is my personal experience.
