Dr. Gupta is fantastic including the staff! About the most fun getting your eye pooked at!

A patient by the name of Daniel harassed me during a visit and office personnel did nothing about it. I was not able to see due to a procedure and I was looking for my husband blindly and this man out of nowhere yelled at me. Very sad and disappointed in the clinic staff.

I was understandably nervous on my first visit for Macular degeneration shots. But my Dr. and all the staff are wonderful.

Had a fairly pleasant visit and my eyes were scanned fairly quickly and all the staff were informative on explaining everything and answering any questions I had. From what I can tell though there are only 3 doctors which explains why I had to wait an hour after my scans to have my examination explained. Dr. Dong Yang was great to hear from even only briefly and you could tell she enjoys her work as she seemed enthusiastic or passionate about explaining everything to me.

The inside waiting room was extremely crowded but they emptied it rather quickly. One of the staff was wearing a mask but had her nose uncovered which looked very unprofessional and uneducated. Another staff member called my name from the hallway without showing his face so I didn't know which doorway to exit to find him. Once he brought me into the room he already had gloves on and did not wipe down the machinery. Professional standards are to step into the doorway of the waiting room to call for a patient, walk them into the exam room and don a fresh pair of gloves in front of them and then clean the machine with wipes. I had to ask if his gloves were fresh and if the machinery had been cleaned.The staff was polite and courteous and the doctor extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Pleasant experience overall, from the front desk staff to the intake personnel and the doctor herself. She Very efficient process that moves along nicely and quickly. Dr. Yang takes the time to clearly explain in layman’s terms so it’s easy to understand options. Highly recommend.
