I had my first appointment at this place yesterday and spoke to several friendly employees. Marissa was so sweet, answered my questions, and was also very professional. I spoke with Dr Dhoot who was also nice, professional and explained everything in layman's terms. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Doctor Bagheri is top notch. I had a serious eyesight problem and through her intense medical evaluation found that an autoimmune disorder was causing my problem. She was able to save my eyesight from deterioration. She is everything I would expect a doctor to be!!!

Receptionist was able to book me an emegency appt after I shared my concern re a possible retinal tear. As it turns out the tear required immediate treatment!! Dr. Bagheri was reassuring. Competent and thorough! The Dr. may have saved my eyesight!

Appointments very accommodating to ones needs and availability.. Staff including Doctor with excellent customer service.. Doctor thoroughly explained condition and recommendations for my mom.. he even provided her with sample of vitamins recommended for her😊 Recommend to take your loved ones here!

Your office was clean and staff was very professional, extremely helpful. Dr See was professional and explained his findings in away that I understood. I would highly recommend this Dr and his staff .

I have been a patient of CRC for several years. I have not had any issues with my care. The staff are friendly, courteous, efficient, and caring.I always feel like I am being taken good care of, and they are doing everything they can to help solve my issues and preserve my eyesight. I really appreciate all they do.

Started having problems and was referred to this clinic, they got me in quickly and everyone was very professional and efficient. I expected to be there several hours but from the time I walked in until I walked out it was only 1 hour; lots of tests performed and Doctor was extremely thorough and very good at explaining what was going on and very reassuring. Glad I was referred to them.

This Palmdale Retina is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions that you have and waiting time is very short , Dr Bagheri is great and explains everything that u need to know around your condition. The office is very very clean. I recommend very highly.

The office staff is friendly and I have never had to wait very long to see doctor. The staff and the doctor answer all my questions and I never feel like I am being rushed. Fantastic place.

November 2022: Dr. See is a compassionate and caring physician in addition to being highly skilled and knowledgeable. His staff is friendly and efficient. I have been pleased with the care and information that I receive. Dr. See collaborates effectively with my regular ophthalmologist and a glaucoma specialist to provide me with optimal care. My follow-up care with Dr. See after undergoing a vitrectomy has been thorough and informative. I am pleased with the continued evaluation of my recovery progress. I attended an appointment to follow-up on my recovery from vitrectomy surgery with Dr. See. The staff was efficient in preparing me for the consultation. I appreciated the implementation of health protocols to protect patients from COVID19 with appropriate masking and social distancing. As a result of the consultation, my medication was adjusted. Dr. See explained the imaging of my retina and assured me that my recovery is proceeding as expected. May 6, 2022 Dr. See is attentive to my concerns about the health of my eyes and explains his rationale for his medical advice. He is a skilled surgeon and because the surgery he performed on my right eye one year ago was successful, I have just scheduled the same surgery for my left eye. Dr. See assesses the condition of my eyes at each consultation. He encourages me to evaluate the cost-benefit of undergoing surgery and is clear about potential risks. He is professional, very personable, and caring. His staff are well -trained and friendly. Everyone takes care to assure that he/she follows COVID prevention protocols, which is also assuring.

I am extremely satisfied with their treatment. All personnel were very knowledgeable and courteous. Compared to previous providers they rate number one in my book. I highly recommend them.

I give California Retina Consultants 25 STARS!!! After having a horrific cataract surgery, unprofessional follow up treatments after the surgery and developing a blind spot in the middle of my eye, Acuity Eye Group informed me that I would have to see their retina specialist. I was relieved to find out my insurance wasn’t accepted and would be referred to California Retina Consultants. The staff was extremely professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable from the receptionist to the doctor. All my questions and concerns were explained in detail. I didn’t feel I was being hurried through the examination and treatment at all, unlike Acuity. I am looking forward to my follow-up appointment in 3 weeks.

For my first visit I was pleasantly surprised at how quick I was called and taken care of. Everything just moved along smoothly and the staff was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

Gave it 9 stars only because of extended wait time. That aside, everything & everyone were wonderful! I came in fearful, and they helped by being thorough, and understanding. It helped a great deal to alleviate My anxiety Dr Bagheri was wonderful, explained everything, and was encouraging. Met her this once, but know I can trust her! Definitely recommended this facility. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Even though there were a lot of patients things moved quickly and I was always kept informed. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. A very pleasant experience.

When you are concerned about losing your vision and you are having to change your eye doctor of 13 yrs, it’s scary! I can not tell you how pleased I was with Dr See and his office team. They were professional, pleasant, and understanding. Dr See made me comfortable and confident with his knowledge and abilities. I want to thank the entire team. I highly recommend this practice!

My mom had the 6th treatment to her eyes . The nurses and the people at the front desk are very polite and nice . Short waiting times and they seem to coordinate very well to do all the tests . The Doctor is very gentle and expert at what he does and doesn’t seem in a hurry like most doctors . Smooth and great experience!

Love this office, Dr See did in a year what Kaiser couldn’t do in years. Dr See treats his patients with kindness and answers any questions that I have thoroughly and in laymen’s terms. I highly recommend Ca. Retinal consultants.

I was referred to Dr. Gupta for my uveitis. I was told he was the only one in the AV that could see me for this condition. I first saw him near the start of this year. He prescribed steroids for my eyes told me to come back in three months. Upon my second appointment, I was told the uveitis got better in one eye but worse in the other. I was told I needed to change medication to a very strong steroid. (Which shocked every Dr I’ve seen since then) He was aware that I already had an issue with eye pressure and narrow angles, and assured me that this is the next step. Nowhere did he warn me that steroids could suddenly severely increase my eye pressures. I was told to stay on these for three months and to come back at the end of the year and we will check to see if it helped. Within two weeks of being on this new medication, I developed severe vision symptoms to the point I no longer felt it was safe for me to drive. I called Dr. Gupta the day the symptoms started and spoke to someone in great detail about what I was experiencing. I was told they will relay the message to him and call me back. I received a call back saying it was no big deal, and to keep using the medication. I asked if I should be seen sooner just in case, and I was assured that seeing me in December would be just fine. I was told that if I really felt strongly that something was wrong, that I could go see the doctor I had been seeing for my narrow angles. And that’s just what I did the very next day. I got my eye pressure taken with the air puff machine. My reading was done over a dozen times because the staff could not believe how high it was reading. It was late in the day and I was told that if I experienced any vision changes to rush to the ER. The next day we did a more accurate reading with a tona-pen and it didn’t read as high as the air puff, but it did read extremely high at 48. Long story short if I had listened to Dr. Gupta, I would’ve had irreversible damaged to my sight. I find his actions negligent when he told me I did not need to come in after experiencing such sudden and severe symptoms. I have since transferred care to a new doctor and for the record, there is another specialist in the AV. He is not the only one. I am posting in the hopes that it will save someone from losing their eyesight like I almost did.

I was referred to this place by optometrist. I saw Dr. Learned he was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. He treated my condition and gave me a positive outlook. I will continue see him. I highly recommend this medical facility.

I’ve been a patient for over three years. I am impressed with the staff and doctors for their professionalism, well trained technicians. Doctor See is thoughtful and kind with his patients. Since I have to see retina specialists, I’m glad I am being seen at the Retina Center in Palmdale.
