Very Attentive, great surgical care!

This is an ineffective leader incapable of effectively leading an organization. He treats his patients like dollar signs. If you schedule an appointment he tells his secretary's to book three patients per time slot and then proceeds to watch YouTube videos while everyone is waiting. He mistreats employees and blames them for his own personal failures as a poor performing human being. Recommend scheduling your eye appointment with a local homeless person who would likely perform equally as Mr. Calvert.
