Every time I bring my mother here, the wait is always at least 2 hours. Why have appointments? Just make it walk-in. This place sucks.

One of the best eye doctors that I have been to. The staff is courteous from beginning to end. Yes a little wait, but I alwaya give myself a good time window for going to any doctor. All the doctors have great success stories, and they are worth the wait. Thanks guys, I will always be coming here.

Office staff is totally worthless - have made two requests over a month apart to get my glasses prescription faxed to another office due to an insurance change our employer made.
Both times they confirmed it was sent while on the phone with me - yet the office is still waiting for it to show up.
Lying and laziness reigns supreme, here.
