I work in the medical field so I am aware of the situation that I was treated unfairly. This office is extremely unprofessional. Was not educated or made aware that my medication given for treatment needed to be monitored. Then I was sent a rude letter in the mail and dismissed from practice for no reason. As a medical professional you are supposed to fully educate the patient of their condition and treatment, which was not done properly. When I called to state my concern was also treated rudely. The medication prescribed did fix the issue which I was happy about, but the overall experience of how I was treated there was not good. Would not recommend this practice for those reasons.

I had a review up here, and apparently it has been deleted I was terminated as a patient for calling the office Manger to complain about how rude the office staff was, office manager only told me they recorded conservationist and sounded as if she could care less, when all I was calling for was a script I already had established and the got a letter in the mail stating I was terminated as a patient that I find I will be reporting to the BBB to the unprofessional and lack of care. If I could give a zero star I would.

I made an appointment for capitol eye care. I was 10 min late because I thought my appointment was at 9:30 instead of 9:10. There was no one in the waiting room the receptionist told my the doctor will not see me because I was late. I made an appointment because I had a really bad stye and the bump would not go away. They ended up billing me $50.00 for a no show and said I was not aloud back. Worst place ever never had an experience like that before.
