Doctor young is extremely rude. I waited in the lobby for 2 hours with 10 other patients. When i made a complaint the office manager was very condescending. I would not recommend coming here at all. I heard the office manager making a joke saying “all patients who have sunshine health insurance and Medicaid are ghetto” at the end of my appointment I was also charged an additional fee for my prescription and was not notified ahead of time that I’d be charged. I was told that I could go somewhere else if I did not like it. Overall my experience was horrible and it makes me second guess ever being a patient at a private practice ever again

The worst experience i have had in a Healthcare facility in my whole life. Dr. Young is just RUDE and mean amd irrespectfull. I will not be back there even if i can't see at all and they are the only facility in the universe having the medicine. I went on time and prior to my appointment and had the following problems: 1- the receptions are not welcoming at all. 2- i started my test like 15 minutes after my appointment scheduled. 3- the nurse started to give me some test prior to the examination by the Dr. , i literally couldn't be able to see any thing for like 6 hours after the initial testing. 4-most important part, i waited the doctor like 15 minutes in the examination room and when she came she was soo much rude and disrespectful. Just opened the door and watched me dropping my mask a bit, she said that you need to wait 15 minutes more till the room get ventilated and just left me rudely. I then left without doing the test and they didn't give me back my money. 5- i tried to talk to the manager but she didn't help me that much. 6- that was one if the worst days in my life. Don't ever go there!!

I believe that I am receiving the best eye care in town! I have been to other opthalmologists and never before have I felt like more than just another billable. Dr Appiyah is open to questions about treatment and very informative and thorough in his explanation of your eye care treatment plan.
