I haven’t had a bad experience here, all great. I actually had an eye emergency and Dr. Hoover called around until he got me an appointment with a specialist who could help with the issue I was dealing with. Normal appointments are fast and efficient, the staff are all beyond nice and willing to help. The only even slight criticism is they chose horrid office locations. This location is better than the last but the parking here sucks especially if you drive a bigger vehicle but that is it!
