I have been a patient of Dr. Caplan for many years in the Mandeville office. The Drs. are very informative and knowledgeable when dealing with my vision. I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes by Dr. Sumich. I had great results and no longer need glasses or contacts. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.
