Ray has been at Carofano's for many many years and is always super helpful. Needed new franes for the lenses and he went to great trouble to find a pair of frames that would exactly fit the lenses so that I would not have to order and wait for new ones. called to ask if they do a procedure, they asked me to repeat the question twice then said sorry I don't know what you're talking about and hung up on me. Quite unprofessional if you ask me not to mention its a normal procedure
