I took my brother-in-law, Jessie to see Dr. White today for a consultation. We arrived 20 minutes early and spent 15 minutes looking for a staircase because he is very claustrophobic and will not ride an elevator. I was told by an employee on the first floor that I would have to go up to Dr White's office and someone would have to assist us walking up the employee stairs to the third floor. I arrived at Dr White's front desk 5 minutes before Jessie's 2:00 p.m. appointment time and was told that If I could not get him up there by 2:15 I would need to reschedule. That is when the second employee at the front desk stood up and said, I will assist you up the employee staircase. Her name was Brenda, and she was a "true blessing" because I had taking off a full day from work and driven 2 hours and 15 minutes to take him to this appointment. She was so very kind and understanding to Jessie's needs. I just want to say "thank you" again to Brenda for stepping up and helping us in this situation instead of just going along with her coworker and leaving rescheduling as the only option! **** I'm giving five stars for today's visit because of Brenda's kindness❤️

The building was very easy to access. I am in a wheelchair, and some office spaces that require elevators are not conducive for people in motor wheelchairs. I found all the staff extremely polite and cordial. Their eye exam chair had a plate in the floor so that it could slide back. Their equipment allowed me to have my eyes thoroughly examined with only slight adjustments. The staff and Dr. Harris were very accomodating and helpful.

This is my first visit to this office as I have just moved. I can really say that it was an Awesome experience. All my concerns over my level of care compared to my previous doctor was squashed. The level of care and concern from staff wad phenomenal, they don't just see you as a patient. Definitely going to be a forever patient.
