The customer service was great! The assistants did a great job explaining everything The doctor was also great at explaining things!. My only complaint is that I never noted anyone washing their hands. Perhaps they washed them prior to entering the room. I certainly do hope so. If not please be conscious of doing so in the future. This is a great eye care center!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Mincey. His calm demeanor instilled trust in the decision we jointly made for him to perform a cataract extraction and correct my astigmatism using a toric contact lens. The results were fantastic! I now have sharp distance vision with no distractions or issues. I've bid farewell to glasses, except for reading. The entire surgery process took just one month, and my latest follow-up visit was this week. It's truly the best decision I've ever made, from me, the patient.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They technicians acted very professionally and communicated what each of the next steps would be.
Once the doctor entered the exam room she proceeded to the exam and explained the situation in great detail. She advised me of the probable and possible circumstances that I could face. Yet she provided a very positive outcome. Very reassuring!
