I was impressed with the efficiency of the appointment. The people who work there are all friendly and accommodating and were very concerned with my being comfortable. My doctor was very detailed about the explanation of my issues and really put me at ease. I world recommend this institution to anyone without hesitation. Charlene

Rating for reception is one star. And here is why…the receptionist, Angel, was extremely unfriendly and is not suited for a customer service role. She was rude and accusatory. I did not realize I had an open balance and she acted like I committed a crime. I immediately offered to pay. Apparently your payment policy has changed recently and this is understandable, however, she did not frame the new requirement in a helpful or friendly way. I asked her a few times if she was having a bad day and suggested that she was not helpful. She did not respond in any way other than continuing to behave like she wished she was anywhere else but at your reception desk. I finally asked her name so I could offer to you this feedback. She was anything but an angel! On the other hand the rest of your staff was fabulous. Mary Jo is a delight and so helpful and of course Dr Folger has great!
