Love this practice!! Dr. Elliott is very professional but personable and easy to chat with. His assistants are respectful , kind and efficient. I would and do recommend them to anyone looking for eye care.

While I love Dr Smith and think he's a wonderful doctor for both me and my sons, the billing department is awful and rude. I received a bill for my son's appointment from a year and half ago. I have been trying to understand why it took so long to receive the bill, especially when I would have used my medical flex spend card to pay for the bill. After talking with my insurance, they told me that eye med should have covered the appointment. I talked with eye med and they told me to get the eye doc to re-submit the claim as they didn't show having it. I called the billing office and the lady I spoke with told me that the claim was for medical only and that eye med would not cover it. She would not re-submit anything for me. I just don't get why when I talked to my insurance they said one thing, eye med says another and the billing was just rude and "all knowing". It's sad when talking to insurance people were actually nicer than the doctor's billing office. What's funny is this year's appointment was paid for, which obviously makes no sense after listening to the billing lady

Dr. Elliott is my optometrist and he is awesome. The staff is great. Having an appointment with this group is very pleasant and seamless ~~ even when one is stressed from being in traffic. Would recommend them for your eye care needs.
