The experience was good until after surgery and receiving the bill. The surgery scheduler/counselor and office manager will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to do the surgery. After receiving my cost-estimate, I decided to move forward with the surgery. Now that there is an incorrect bill, they refuse to answer and assist with the situation. This cost difference from the estimate is thousands of dollars. Dr. Howard is great at what he does, but he has a poor office manager and surgery scheduler. Be careful!

Very upset with service, when I called I was told that Medicare covers it as long as I see a Dr. And that wasn't true. Then I wasn't told I would need a driver after exam. I had to drive with my child and my eyes were blurry for almost 2-3 hours later. Dr was very nice. But this was my very first visit to eye Dr. Appt .And I'm very upset how I was treated.

I went to the Moncks Corner location of Carolina Eye Care looking for frames. I was so pleased, not only with the vast selection, but with Vonda! She knew every frame and was so helpful in the selection of the correct size for my face. I really had a great experience. Thank you, Vonda, for your expertise. Jo Gibson
