Everyone, from the receptionist to the technicians to Dr. Knowlton, were polite, courteous, professional, and most importantly very capable. All of them took the time to join in constructive conversations where they actually listened to my comments, which resulted in an joint agreement on follow up processes.

This doctor is excellent. He does a great job, he always looks at all his. Patience and takes care of them always on time, and also has a backup plan if he can't help you to a referral doctor in the field.

Dr. Knowlton and his staff are true professionals. Efficient, effective, and compassionate. I strongly felt that they were listening carefully to my concerns and they tried to address each one. A great place to take care of your eyes!
