I picked out new frames after my appointment. Paid, after insurance, $168. Then waited for them to arrive with Rx. I go in to pick them up and they are smashed flat. The arms for the ear pieces are so far apart they don’t sit on my ears. The 2 assistants there tried to adjust but then said the doctor would have to do more so I had to wait another week to see him. He then tried to adjust the ear/arms. I had to point out, several times, that it was the face of the glasses that are smashed flat. He asked were they like that when I picked them out. I am not a confrontational person so I just said, no. They don’t fit like that. He finally bent them so they would fit on my face, somewhat. But the arm/ear pieces are loose. They keep becoming more loose every day. They fall off my face while I’m working. I work two jobs and don’t have time and can’t seem to catch when he is in…strange…? Now I feel it is too late to get my money back. I used that Rx and bought glasses online. $60 and they are much better! I regret trying Carrollton Vision or I should’ve complained until they did it right. Oh well

The eye doctor is great and explained everything in a compassionate manner. My mom hasn't seen an eye doctor in a long time but she felt comfortable with him despite her not knowing english. Definitely recommend this eye doctor!

The doctor is very caring and super helpful and most importantly honest. Even before I was his patient, he provided a referral to a specialist for a recurring eye condition. Others would have required an appointment, charged me for office visit to provide the referral but he did not. He is very professional and after he evaluated my vision needs, assisted in picking suitable Eyewear and reviewed the insurance discounts to provide additional savings to me. I highly recommend this doctor and even if you have to travel a little out of your way, I am sure you will be happy with the dictor.
