Took well over an hour past the appointment time to be taken back, then another hour to be seen by the doctor who was just so incredibly rude. We’ve never been spoken down to so much by a medical provider. I cannot understand what causes someone to speak to patients with such disrespect, but I can say without a shadow of a doubt that we will never return to this practice and would advise others to avoid it. If I could give zero stars I would.

Great doctors but terrible staff behind the front desk. I've been a patient since I was a child and I will not be coming back. The second I walk in for my apt the woman behind the counter (who was unmasked and chatting away with another assistant) tells me she ran my medical insurance and it's inactive. I am recently married and switched my medical insurance provider but kept my existing vision coverage. I give her my new medical insurance card, which also has a vision policy and she glances at it and says, do you have vision? I reply that the word vision is written right on the card she barely looked at. She says, "I'm going to assume you have Davis and we don't accept that." She clearly did not care their about their business or its patients. I drove 45 mins each way when they could have called me in advance to ask about my insurance and she was incredibly rude, didn't take the time to verify my info, and clearly wanted to get back to her social hour. They're located within Bryn Mawr hospital and do not offer parking vouchers so you have to pay to park there, which is another negative.

Dr Sepahi OD is competent(overly confident) and has ZERO bedside manner. I am a retired optometrist and would NEVER treat a patient the way I was treated. Her diagnosis of my ailment was inconclusive. I was able to get a second opinion by a very busy ophthalmologist in a different practice on the same day. This MD was respectful, listened carefully to my case history and was able to reach a conclusive diagnosis. Going to her was a traumatic experience not worth going thru.
