Dr Liaw is the best, and her assistant,( pardon me for not remembering her name, I believe she can speak Spanish), are really wonderful people, kind, knowledgeable, and treat my elderly aunt with full respect and care...

I’d like to express my frustration with the service I have received from this clinic. I am a very new patient. I give the providers a five out of five stars, I really appreciate how much they cared for me and made sure I got the absolute best services. How ever my problem is with the front desk. The day that I went in for my very first appointment they didn’t even have me on the schedule even though I called two weeks ahead to schedule. After a week I came back in to do my contact checkup and we decided to do month to month lenses. I called and asked how I should expect them. They told me that they didn’t have a new prescription on file for me and that I needed to pay $102 and then they could place my prescription and ship them. Whatever that’s fine. I’m annoyed because it would have been nice to know while I was in the office to pay the full amount and not worry about it. They told me I have to ask to go over my own benefits!??!! Are you serious?? I have worked in health care for over 3 years now and going over benefits with new patients is the very first thing you do!!! And not to mention I can’t function without lenses because I cannot see!!! Over all I am very unhappy with front desk services.

Keratoconus is the most frustrating and complex cornea disorder which I have had for 40 years. I have seen countless optometrist across this nation during military dependent life and can tell when someone is unskilled in treating and fitting contacts for my eyes. On top of that I have had 2 cornea transplants. Dr. Sifrit is highly skilled and was able to custom fit sclera lens on both eyes in less than 5 visits.I was reluctant to get sclera lens due to my cornea transplants and history of scarring and light sensitivity. Due to Dr. Sifrit's patience, empathy and expertise I am able to see all the pedals on the flowers and all the details of my son's face that were all impossible to see with glasses. If you have Keratoconus Dr. Sifrit is worth the commute to Renton. He also communicates with my ophthalmologist, Dr. Talley-Rostov Anne Dahlin
