My wife and I have been coming to the CLI office regularly as part of the cataract surgery process. We want to recognize and commend Jane at the front desk and Jill.Both are so pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional. They have come to know and recognize us by name and always make us feel welcome.Jill is very thorough evaluating our eyes prior to being seen by Drs. DeWit/McGarvey at each of our appointments. Kudos to them both!

I was very disappointed by the way my eyes turned out. I paid $2,000 on my left eye to see far away in Middle and 4,000 on the right eye to see far, middle and near. I had 20/20 vision! Now I can't see as well as I did. My left eye is all messed up. I used to be able to lay in my bed and watch TV and have no problem seeing what was on the TV.. Now I can't see the TV very good. Left eye sees 2 images. I complained to the doctor and he says I can see just fine. Well I know what fine is and this isn't it. Wish I would never have done this. I'm thinking I really didn't need it that bad in the first place but they did it anyway.

While everyone was super nice the wait time is horrible! My arrival time was 1 pm. I didn’t get called back until about 4 pm. One of the pts waiting for her surgery was told that there is only one surgery room. Why would you have only one surgery room? That is ridiculous!
