The absolute WORST!!! Unfortunately I've been dealing with these people for over a year and I honestly can not think of one good thing to say about them. I have tried to make a appointment with them for weeks, every time I call I am on hold for at least 30mins. Finally got their "answering service" they tell me they can not make a appointment for me but they "promise" I will get a call back between 5-5:30. Yea that never happened, so again I am on hold the very next day again for 30-45 minutes just to have someone pick up and then put me on hold again. Unless you have all time in the world or can make time stop for these people, I'd go elsewhere. Wills eye and their affiliates are not the best around.

I called to make an appointment, and seriously! The lady on the line was SO UNPLEASANT! She needs to be more polite. If she doesn't like her job, she needs to work somewhere where she does not need to have customer service manners.
