Tim and the staff has always done a great job on my glasses!

My mother lives about an hour away from this clinic, but due to it’s good reviews decided to make this her eye clinic. She gets a text stating her glasses are ready for pickup so she heads out. Due to bad weather and the fact that she is older, we called the clinic to ask if front staff was willing to wait just 5-10 minutes pass closing so that she can get her glasses (she tried to be there earlier, but could not due to an earlier appointment she had elsewhere). Receptionist was rude and not empathetic. She stated that they will not wait and will close at 4 even if my mom lives far away. I understand they close at 4 but she is isn’t there to be seen by the doctor, she’s literally just picking some glasses up. I have never worked at a clinic where everyone is just gone right on time, so I can’t imagine it being very difficult for front desk to wait a few minutes. These glasses were also about 200 dollars so I definitely don’t appreciate their lack of consideration. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Save your time and money and go somewhere where they treat you with empathy as this place is not worth it.
