Pretty grimy experience at this eye doctor. Went here for a lasik consultation, only to be met with resistance and unwillingness to give me any sort of eligibility, despite being clear with the office that it was my sole reason for visiting. Then, the doctor told me my vision has decreased by -3 over the period of one year. A pretty big difference, I'm sure one would notice if your eyesight has diminished to that extent- on top of that, my eyesight has been stable for the past 8 years. Save your eyes, your money, your time, and go elsewhere. Plenty of doctors in the area.

05/2023 Husband went to this center because the VA uses them to do cataract eye surgeries. It's a joke! They wanted to scotch tape lenses to equipment to measure my husband's eyes for new lenses...how does that work? Literal scotch tape additional lenses to a machine. The gal doing the measuring said she did not know how that was going to work...(yet she taped away) To say the least it did not! She suggested not only would she talk with the surgeon, but would call her instructor at PIMA medical institute to see what they said. (It’s only your eyesight they are messing with.) That instills such confidence with your only eyes. She said they did not have equipment in their office to measure his eyes since he has had RK surgery 30 years ago...but of course we were charged for the visit. Every visit, something wasn't done right by the professional offering it, Doctors blamed the staff, blaming staff for their deficiencies and yet charging you for things not being done right. The upselling of services and the guilt in not taking those uncovered by insurance services is borderline on scamming. We made a full report to the VA of our treatment at this office. Six, visit of garbage. We had paid for extra services they stated were needed, but when we realized we were in a subpar doctor's office, we asked for a refund of the remaining treatments. We were told the check was in the mail. Still waiting for my refund check that was mailed in March. (Actually a month later, we went in and got the refund check that was "mailed"). It is now August and that imaginary check has yet to show up. They are a major Scam! We have made a full report to the Veterans Administration of their inability to treat eye patients and an appointment by appointment description of what happened. It's just your eyes, after all... right? Have a new provider and our treatment was day and night difference in treatment and care. No problem measuring his eyes, no pressure to buy more expensive lenses, no $800 eye treatments before surgery...no doctors blaming others for their defections and as of 11/07/23 we still haven't got the refund check. Beware please, this is not how it's done. =

Their treatment for dry itchy eyes was transformative. IPL and a daily heated pad improved my previously painful dry eye condition. Fantastic 😍 …
