Dr. Behforouz is a very good doctor and has done eye surgery on almost everybody in my family. The 4 star is because the wait time at his office is very long and it seems to me that the work flow is not efficient. My appointment from the time I arrived to the time I left was exactly two hour of which I saw him for about 5 minutes or so. There were 12 people sitting in the wait room which is too many. A consulting company can look at his operation and make changes for more efficiency.

Dr Michael Behforouz and his staff are excellent in providing eye care and health. He makes sure that the patient is satisfied with the information needed and answers questions patiently. The staff is also very helpful and works to provide customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr M Behforouz and his staff to new patients. I have been to the office every 3 months for about 2 1/2 years. The Staff has been very helpful by explaining each test before performing them.. . DR. "B." is excellent in explaining what needs to done to enable you to see at your best . He has a gentle touch while doing any procedure. Also has a " charming " personality (love his smile).....All of his staff is pleasant from start to finish...
