20 minute wait, lost chart, and a disrespectful doctor. I have never been talked to by a professional like this guy. If I wasn’t so desperate for my new contact prescription, I would have left. Will never go back.

Terrible service, rude staff. The doctor was very nice and professional. The rest of the team is very rude and condescending. I ordered my glasses in early June (broke my old ones), it is now August first and I STILL don't have my new glasses. I wonder if they would be as rude if it was them that could NOT see and had to go about everyday business half blind. I have mobility issues so I have to go here, or I would DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! One star goes to the Doctor, he was excellent.

I had exceptional help for my mother from a young man in the office. He made arrangements to get her glasses sent from another office and to coordinate an appointment at the Clark office.
Above and beyond!
