Made an appointment this morning to have my right eye checked to only find out that the receptionist forgot to save my appointment. She ended up fitting me in, but it was 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. She did not have the courtesy to even tell me what the new time was. I had to receive it on my phone by text. The front desk seemed unorganized & stressed. 45 minutes after arriving I am still in the lobby waiting. Not at all acceptable. Update, I now have been here two hours & still no doctor.

Dr. Page is a delight! Thorough, knowledgeable and professional, sure. But so very human as well. When you are there, he really "sees" you (no pun intended). Nothing perfunctory or dry (except my eyes) about these visits.

Margaret was fabulous, she explained everything she was doing. I can say the same for Dr Page. He explained everything about what was wrong with my right eye. My new eye Dr moving forward.
