This was my very first visit to an optometrist and the experience was exceptional, the whole staff was very polite and friendly, Dr. Sedeek was very patient and explained everything in detailed so I was able to understand the diagnosis. This was my first visit and I thought what might be an emergency with my eyesight so Dr. Sedeek saw me the very next morning at 8 o’clock first thing. The process to do my preliminary paperwork online was very easy , walking in I was greeted, I was seen quickly. The doctor’s education, credentials and experience are impressive. From the time I walked in to the time I left, I was pleased with the way that I was treated, I liked the ambience of the office, I felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Sedeek and my medical concern was immediately addressed and I felt very much at ease after the exam and speaking with the Doctor.
