Very clean place. The staff is very nice, and they try to keep it moving so you don't have to wait too long. They have a variety of affordable glasses available. I have been coming here for about 2 years, and I have had consistently good experiences.

This place was amazing before they change its name to Clarkson Eyecare. They have an amazing front desk employees and an amazing doctor called Dr. Cook. But when it comes to sales be prepared to the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. We just need your money. We will make promises that we will never keep. We’ll change all the ETAs after you pay and this is what we have. When it comes to a non-qualified sales agent (like the one that was helping me) they will pull them back and send so meone else to tell you that everything you’re saying is wrong. Bottom line: take your prescription and run away 🏃🏻‍♂️ 🏃🏻‍♂️

Today I had an awful experience with trying to order my contacts. I'll try to keep it simple and quick. When I was on the phone with a male employee trying to place my order he was having issues pulling my authorization. I found that off bc I haven't seen anyone else since my exam. I told him I AM eligible for contacts but not glasses, I'm only eligible for glasses every other year. He quickly stated if your not eligible for glasses then your not for contacts. I told him that's incorrect I've had the same plan for 14 yrs and I know my benefits very well. He insisted I was incorrect and I got upset. I told him that I didn't appreciate him arguing with me when he didn't even have my benefits up since he was having issues. I told him to call my insurance please and to have a supervisor call me back and I asked for his name and at this point he refused . I was in shock . I asked a 2nd time and he refused again said to have a good day and hung up. At this point I was livid . I attempted to call back and someone hung up on me I'm assuming they recognized my number . So I made the decision to drive up there on my way back from work. I will skip my interaction with the front desk and go straight to the manager . Tyler Radcliffe .... extremely disappointing. I immediately asked for the male employees name and she refused every time. I told her I have the right to make a formal complaint to corporate and naming the employees I interacted with. She stated she represents them all and all I needed was her name . I run an office as well and I would never refuse an employees name it's completely unprofessional. She apologized for my interaction with the male employee but she made me feel as if my feelings were invalid and not important. I want to be heard and I want this addressed so no other patients have to have this interaction. Some type of action should be made and I deserve an apology from someone that actually cares about there patients . It's disappointing bc I did enjoy my interaction with the physician but the staff needs additional training including the manager.
