This office is a Joke. Visited them in 2021. Recently needed to visit them again with an eye issue. Booked an appointment and then a few days before the appointment they call me to tell me that they double booked and cancelled my appointment.
Recently physically went there to schedule an appointment for today. The secretary said that they cancelled my appointment but they will squeeze me in. Then they wanted to charge me $149 for new patient’s which aim not. Because I have not seen them in one year I’m considered a new patient which is messed up. She did not tell me this when I scheduled appointment.
Stay away from here. Bad service and zero smile from secretary.

Dr.Kazi was the best doctor I’ve ever been too. Very patient and caring. He took his time to listen and truly help. I am now able to see better with my new glasses! His assistant was also very sweet and caring. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. Was not taken back until almost one hour after appointment time and when I inquired about delay with receptionist, she had no explanation, then closed door on me. Dr was very repetitive in his explanations and did little to address the reason for my visit. It felt like he was unsure of his recommendations and I was given no clear answers when I left.
