Here's the thing... I came to this place to be able to see. I understand that my eyesight is poor overall, but never have I had such a difficult, frustrating experience with a business. The entire reason one would contact this place is to hopefully get a prescription to see. Guess what I still cannot do after 2 years of back and forth with this business? Be able to see well. The optometrist at the Bend location is a nice guy. But past him are some of the most difficult people to work with. I would NOT recommend. Save yourself the headache (literally- from wearing the wrong prescription multiple times!) and go somewhere else. Never have I left a bad review for a business, but this place really just sucks!

I had a really great experience with Dr. Dekker, she is very knowledgeable and did give me some good information that helped me. However, this office is much more expensive than other eyecare offices I’ve been to, and the service is not great. I have yet to have my call answered (calling at very normal business hours), so I end up playing phone tag every time to book appointments, order contacts, etc. When I actually went in for my appointment, I waited 35min past my appointment time to see the doctor. Overall, though the people are plenty nice, it’s pretty unprofessional and generally frustrating. I guess it would be fine for someone who doesn’t have much going on, but if you work a full time job, don’t expect to get anything ironed out with them in a timely manner.
