For those that suffer from the affliction of dry eyes, you know that over the counter drops are merely a temporary solution, because an hour or two later the feeling of dry, scratchy, sand filled eyes comes roaring back with a vengeance! If you wake up in the middle of the night with eyes so dry, they feel like stale raisins, you need to make an appointment with Dr Cepero immediately. Dr Cepero has the patience of a saint. He won’t dismiss your symptoms as exaggeration or a figment of your imagination, or just tell you to use warm compresses. Instead, he will listen carefully in order to figure out the right protocol for you to get results. By the way, they say you can judge a man by the way he treats his parents. This man is gentle and tender with his Mom and Dad, and that’s how you know you found the right doctor.

This is the only doctor’s appointment I actually look forward to thanks to Dr. Cepero and the incredibly kind staff. They are efficient, communicative and very patient centered. They have an option for you where you don’t have to get your eyes dilated which I love. Dr. Cepero makes you feel relaxed and always answers all my questions. This is a doctor you can trust, who really does have your best interest in mind. My original contact lens brand is no longer made, and he gave me 3 different versions to try. When I picked the ones I wanted, the staff were kind enough to give me a nice FREE pair of sunglasses as a gift for buying through them. They also made sure I got my insurance discount and a $200 rebate from the contact lens company. 10/10 highly recommend anyone to make Dr. Cepero your go to eye doctor and glasses/lens store! PS I have NEVER had to wait when coming in for my scheduled appointment!

Truly one of the best optical places in miami, Not only do i feel extremely welcomed and comfortable, but they are so quick with their glasses and contacts, Considering both of those tools usually takes alot of time, they were the quickest with it. I’ve learned to be excited and look forward for my appointments, the receptionists are so kind and the eye doctor is the funniest man alive, 10/10 recommend!!!

best eye doctor in miami! my last eye doctor office was very bland and not interactive but Cepero Eyecare Center the staff interact with you and even help out pick out your glasses i recommend them they put a smile on your face even when having a bad day!

Very disappointing experience. I waited over two weeks for a pair of glasses and received no updates throughout the entire process. At no point did anyone contact me to explain the delay or provide an estimated timeline. After repeatedly waiting without any communication, I eventually had to cancel my order and request a refund. What frustrated me most was the lack of courtesy and customer service. Had someone simply reached out to inform me that the glasses were being held up in customs, I would have understood and been willing to wait. Instead, I was left completely in the dark. Good customer service is about communication, and unfortunately that was completely lacking in this experience.

I can’t recommend Dr. Cepero highly enough! He’s an exceptional optometrist who truly knows his craft. My eye exam was thorough, and he explained everything clearly, making sure I understood my vision needs without any rush. What stands out most is his genuine kindness and dedication to his patients—you can tell he puts your health and comfort above everything else, never pushing unnecessary treatments or products. Dr. Cepero takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make you feel at ease, which is rare these days. I must say it is always a pleasure when I go to Cepero Eyecare Center. I've been going to this business for the past 20 plus year and never any issues. Everyone is very friendly, very loving and very inviting when ever that door opens. Pricing is very affordable for the quality of service you receive and treatment from the cepero family. I wish all family owned business was as friendly as this particular spot. Very clean up to date on all knowledge of the eye care industry. Can't wait to take my son.
