After waiting almost 3 hours in the waiting room, I was so aggravated that it was very hard to remain cordial. The fact that he is in the office only one day a week should not be an excuse. To book so many patients in a 4 hour span is absolutely insane and if I hadnt given my co pay, I would have left. I also waited 3 months for the appointment to begin with. Before Dr. Cole came in the room I was seen by his associate, Dr I, she was very pleasant and very informative, I ask a lot of questions..Dr Cole was very nice and it appears that he may be the only doctor able to perform the surgery I need, according to my insurance and so I have no choice to stick with him...Or go blind..But honestly, something needs to be done about scheduling, I am sure I am not the only one with this complaint

I have been visiting Dr Charles Cole maybe for over quarter of a century for all my eyes life & am fully fully satisfied. God bless him for all his efforts. Israni Narain.

He is a careful, responsible, friendly and good doctor.
