I am privileged and fortunate that when I needed an urgent serious ophthalmology (eye) care Dr. Charles Ahn was the on- call person for Duly Care. I needed a follow up care after discharged from the hospital but the Eye clinic was closed because it was weekend. With great professionalism and dedication to patient care, Dr. Ahn let me came and took care of me and another patient who was just disharged from hospital, too. No nurse, assistant or clerical staff but himself. He exhibits the true meanings of " Your health is important to us". Great job Dr. Ahn. I will be forever grateful for your service and care.... I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ahn’s for many years, and he has always provided excellent care. I recently saw him for a problem with my right eye, and as always, he was thorough and attentive. I’m quite sensitive when it comes to my eyes, but Dr. Ahn was incredibly patient and understanding during the exam, which I really appreciated. After carefully examining me, he promptly referred me to a retina specialist to ensure I received the best possible follow-up care. Dr. Ahn’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make him an outstanding ophthalmologist whom I trust completely.

Dr. Ahn is kind, patient, and takes his time to listen to your concerns, review your history, and is conservative in his approach. He fixed my left cataracts last year, and my right eye isn’t bad enough yet, so we discussed waiting. I’m very satisfied with the results so far. Discussed all options and is knowledgeable on recent research and new techniques/technologies. Pleasant office staff.

Although Dr Ahn was professional and polite in all steps along the way, I am not happy with the results of my cataract surgeries. At my last appt Dr Ahn said my right eye was 100% healed and that my right eye is about 90%. That's been a couple of weeks to date and feel both should be at 100%. At this point, I see the edging of the lense on my right eye. It is quite annoying especially when outside. I'm forced to wear sunglasses regardless of sun exposure (doesn't matter if it's overcast or not). I wear the sunglasses so I'm not seeing what folks refer to as the curtain or the edge of the lense. As for my left eye, still seeing trails, which I feel is normal. However, it tends to be a bit blurry all the time. So, overall, although Dr Ahn is professional and polite, I'm not happy with the results. I went with the regular lense replacement, no upgrades.

The doctor was very friendly and professional. He explained all pros and cons of cons of the cataract surgery in details. The examining staffs are pleasant and attentive. Overall I was very impressed.

A good visit. Details about an upcoming cataract surgery. Unfortunately, the scheduler was not available to set a surgery date. I have attempted to schedule surgery, bet no one has called me back.

Had to wait in waiting for around half hour to 45 min. Had many tests done. Spent about 15 min with the doctor. Surgery is all set up for end of April with second surgery for May, and all follow ups.
