Dr. O'Day was fantastic! He completed my LASIK procedure and I can now see with 20/15 clarity (better than 20/20). I have recommended him to everyone that I know and I am so thankful that I could trust him to restore my eyesight.

I had my free consultation yesterday. The staff was nice enough, even though I had to sit and listen to two of the technicians talk terribly about another patient, saying he was lying about wearing contacts etc. The appointment took two hours which I expected. But at 4:45 one of the technicians stuck their head in to say "Dr. O'day needed to be out by 5:15, how much longer". They rushed me through the rest of my procedure, dilated my eyes and made me watch a video. Then when it was time to meet with the doctor they took me to Olivia in finance and she tried lying for Dr. O'day telling me he needed to do more calculations. When I asked if it's because he had to leave she said probably. I had to leave work an hour early, find someone to cover my call and I spent 2 hours in the office and still don't know if I'm a candidate. No one bothered to call me the day after and my surgery was scheduled two days later! Olivia did give me the option to finish my consultation at the time that surgery was scheduled but that would have been a wasted Saturday and an Uber ride if I wasn't a candidate! He is clearly all about money and not patient care. It was a free consultation, I guess you get what you pay for!!

Spend Five hours in waiting room in scrubs with other people. They had A medical emergency with one of their Lasik patience I was told that the procedure was gonna be an hours time but 10 minutes in surgery. I got there at 12:15 for my appointment and ended up leaving after they closed at 5:10. The doctor performing the surgery seems a little irritated While doing surgery on my eyes. The rest of the staff was super nice besides the lady upfront. I had to go outside to take a call within the five hours that I had to be there, so she said you need to takeoff all your scrubs(short with attitude). Keep in mind you need somebody to drive you home after the surgery so you’re having somebody wait on you for what they think is an hour so I had to go outside to call this person. I have autism so it’s hard for me to be alone in new places. nobody communicated with anyone else telling us that they were 4 to 5 hours out. (I would of rescheduled if they told me it was no big deal )I kept on asking them how long would it be and they said oh just an hour or so. Had my Procedure done on July 28 2022 it was about 4,000 for Lasik. Surgery took 10 minutes. After everything I’m still having trouble seeing peoples faces and reading signs on the road but they say I have 20/15 vision Which is the best of the best apparently. I’m only writing this now because I had to go to several appointments afterwards Up until January 2023.
