Why this people play white out time? I made an appointment 11 days ago, I came in on time and they made the first check quickly but then the doctor just left and NOBODY told me and they had me waiting 1 and a half hour till I asked in the front desk about how long it can take and say “the doctor went to the hospital to attend an surgery” why they they make appointment when have other things to do, and that lack of communication with the patients who feels bad and only want to heal why have to be like that? Nobody else was in the waiting room so it’s impossible nobody knew what’s going on.The supervisor was really rude I wouldn’t come here. They are playing with our time and wellness I came December 8 and They pretended to reschedule for next Friday.

Don’t go here if you are an African American who is/has or is using Medicaid. My appointment was at 2:15. I was out at 2:23 and was told that my issue has to be paid out-of-pocket . Dr. Yanik you and your staff put on that fake smile like you really care, but you don’t. You brought another Dr in today who happens to be related to you Dr. Yanik and she didn’t even say hello or anything. Don’t waste your time going to this practice. I wish I could have gave a zero rating. I will never in life be back to this location and I will never recommend.

The doctors have all been fine here. This review is based on how they run their appointments. There is absolutely no reason why you have to come to your scheduled appointment time and get taken from waiting room 2 or 3 times to be dilated and different drops put in to then be back in waiting from for 2 hours before seeing the doctor. This is not a one time occurrence this is how they run appointments. You sit in waiting room for hours all while more and more people become tired and disgruntled. At least a coffee machine, a refrigerator with beverages, and some snacks could go a long ways to boost morale. The fact that you are waiting for HOURS!! Is completely unreasonable and leafs to poor patient satisfaction and poor business sense.
