Dr Morrison is a gift from God! He is one of the best doctors I have ever seen as a patient. He explains everything clearly, had a gentle spirit and really cares how you are progressing.
This whole office in Southpark has been incredible. I had an urgent disorder threatening my vision, after already losing my hearing. The two departments communicated, they took me upstairs to an Opthalmologist and scheduled me for surgery tomorrow! All in the same location! Incredible answer to prayer! I LOVE them all!!

Great doctors but absolutely horrible business practices and corporation. They wrongly booked our appointment and charged new patient fees for both including the incorrect doctor. When I called asking the additional charge to be removed from my bill, they spent months “processing” my claim before telling me my primary care doctor requested the incorrect doctor so they couldn’t do anything. I then went to my primary care doctor and they provided me the notes they wrote that didn’t specify any doctor proving that CEENTA lied to my face. They then still refused to refund me. I have never in my life seen a business jump through so many hoops to protect their incompetent employees and refuse to refund $90 that they basically stole from me. Please avoid if possible, I know I won’t be spending another cent here.

This review is on the surgery center. Arrived on time for a 915 surgery for my child. The CNA was very short, blunt, and straight forward and did not try to make my daughter feel comfortable being there. Pre-op nurse Margo was nice and explained things to my child including what the anti-anxiety medicine was that she would get right before. 935 comes around and we’re still sitting in pre-op waiting. No updates or any communication from staff regarding surgery being late. 945 the OR nurse and CRNA finally come to get her, 30 min late, and I asked about the anxiety medicine she was supposed to get. We were told that we declined it, but it was never discussed after Margo told my child what it was. Apparently my child is young enough to get a gas induction (no IV before going to sleep) and an oxygen mask to “pretend with” and smell, but old enough that she wasn’t going to get anxiety meds after she was told she was. The anesthesiologist did not mention the anxiety meds at all when asking her about induction methods. My daughter was fighting tears when we first got there because she was so scared. She’s never been in a hospital or had surgery. The CRNA looked at her binder and said oh it says here she got it. I told her that she did not. I gave my daughter the choice of going to surgery without it or waiting for it. She chose to get the medicine. Because of this, they switched us with another child and mine did not go back for surgery until 1033. When they came to get her again, the OR RN said “you good now mom?” I said “it was her choice” she made a face of attitude and said “just making sure everyone’s happy”. This felt very condescending and like it was my fault THEY didn’t properly give informed consent. This is a CHILD who was not treated as such and as her mom, I am her advocate. Do not explain what will happen to her then not explain the changes you are doing and blame it on the patient. In post-op the same anesthesiologist had another miscommunication event!! So really, all of our issues besides the surgeon being 30 min late was because of the anesthesiologist and the rude comment by the OR RN. Even my husband who is not a complainer and not a mama bear said everyone was “off” this day. Post op nurses were nice. All 30 min we spent with them. If we ever require surgery with Dr Udoff again, we will be going to the Indian Trail location.

We came in for an evaluation of my 7-year-old’s snoring and possible airway/tonsil/adenoid concerns. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.
Dr. Jabbour was patient, kind, and attentive. I had a lot of questions and concerns, and he took the time to listen carefully, validate what I was noticing at home, and walk me through different options instead of rushing or dismissing anything. I left feeling more informed, more confident, and significantly less anxious about next steps.
The entire staff was courteous and welcoming, from check-in to check-out. The environment is clearly designed to be kid-friendly, which made the visit much easier for both parent and child.
Overall, I would highly recommend this ENT practice to any parent looking for thoughtful, thorough care and a team that genuinely listens.

I received outstanding medical care from my ophthalmologist, Dr. Ronald Milam, during my appointment on July 21, 2026. He combined his medical expertise with a very kind and caring demeanor. He examined my eyes and then reviewed my test results in detail. He was interested in my overall health as well and gave me very helpful advice on caring for a beloved family member. Dr. Milam’s nurses, technicians, and receptionist all greeted me with a smile and treated me with the utmost kindness. A special thank you to Kay, Charlene, Rosie, Deborah, and Elaine. I have been a patient at CEENTA in South Park Ophthalmology since 2014, and I highly recommend this medical practice.

I had a blockage in my ear, I had figured that it was just water after one day at the lake, which after two trips to an urgent care, they could not wash out anymore. I had been referred to a ENT not this location and I remember having such a hard time and I had such a disturbing and painful treatment . Where I had followed up with the same doctor for three times to try and remove this wax, it was stated that it was black and the ENT that I was previously seeing was starting to think that it was something more than just wax, and continued to advise me to use more eardrops, which I have in the photo below all the products that I have bought in order to break down this wax . Due to the pain, I was experiencing this whole time I was wondering if there was ways of different direction, And after I reported with the last ENT had said and done, I was transferred to here. Aziz Did everything and more to help me during the situation. He was so very empathetic, considerate, careful, and very much involved with my ear as much as it’s been bothering me. The first time I came, my ear was in a ton of pain and I couldn’t even let him touch it. The next time I came I had been prescribed Ativan for my nerves, his shadow and one of the other nurses were in the room with me, including my mother. They had coped me through one of the most hardest things I’ve ever been through in my life physically. That blockage had taken over my life, and it had started to dim my own spirit. I thank him so much for helping me get my life back, and I pray that his hands may be blessed by the Lord. If there’s anybody looking for somebody to try to help you with your ear and you have a lot of pain I definitely recommend him because he listens ❤️ Forever thankful.

Dr. Orman is incredible! She has the sweetest and kindest bedside manner. She took her time listening to me and knew exactly what my condition was. She was the 7th doctor I’d seen regarding a blocked tear duct and the 2nd occuloplastic specialist. She was quick getting me in for surgery because the infection had gotten so bad and antibiotics had stopped working. Her surgical skills are top notch! For my particular case it was decided to perform the procedure externally and after only 3 months the incision simply looks like a thin white line, hardly noticeable even without makeup. I hope I never have to do this procedure again, but if I do, I know exactly who to go to straight away! Thank you Dr. Orman!

Shame on you, shame on you shame on you. This medical system is sucks. They are robbing us for 0 of service.
I drove for 2 hours for my 9.15am appointment- they put me to wait in the wrong waiting room and nobody called me for 1 hour. A asked 10 times what’s going on, then finally they figured I’m on totally wrong floor.
Answer: “sorry you can reschedule”.
Awful service, awful costumers respect, awful attitude but they like our money.

We loved Somońe after just 5 minutes of meeting her. She was kind, energetic, professional, smart. Perfect to work with families. She went above and beyond for us by letting my some borrow a Nintendo Switch device while we waited (he's 11 and unfortunately the toys in the office are mainly for toddlers) AND scheduling an appointment for a Time that we need it to align with another appointment AND gave us her personal phone number in case we run into any issues on our next appointment day. She's a GEM! Please give her a raise, but if you can't give her a raise right now then please give her a gift card on my behalf...charge it to my account and I'll pay for it on my next visit😀

Dr P has great “bedside” manner. She is always willing to spend time answering your questions and explaining options. Despite the crazy difficulty getting on the schedule, it’s worth it for the quality of care received. The team were able to get me in at late notice and I really appreciated it.

I’ve had two surgeries here now. For starters, Crystal that answers the phone is completely unprofessional and downright rude. Had an attitude since the moment I said Hello.
Good luck trying to get proper estimates for billing if you have a procedure. There’s typically 3 bills for the doctor, the surgery center, and the anesthesiologist. None of them communicate amongst each other. I never even got a call for the anesthesiologist prior to my surgery. I had to call late the day before to confirm it’ll be covered by insurance. Surgery center told me they don’t call which was the opposite of what my doctor told me.
I was then in coordination after endless calls, being told I’d have to pay a certain amount and that would be all. I asked twice for confirmation. I paid the amount, then two days after surgery I get another couple hundred dollar bill. This has happened both surgeries for me, one about 5 years ago and another last week.
They unfortunately have a monopoly on ENT work in Charlotte and have a network of talented doctors and they understand that. That being said the customer experience doesn’t seem to matter to them. If you can, I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere for your ENT needs if possible.

First of all, I rarely write reviews. But my experience today at the South Park office with Dr. Morrison was a pleasant surprise. He was personable, kind, concerned, and professional in how he helped with my ear problem. You can be the best at what you do, but if your personality is terrible, and you don’t seem concerned about the patients you’re treating then your professionalism really doesn’t matter to me. Dr. Morrison was awesome. I would highly recommend him And I was grateful for his skills and expertise today. Thanks, Doc!

Dr Brickman is a professional who seems very confident in his advice. He was able to right to the source of my problems. He gave my nasal passages a thorough exam as well as removed ear wax. However, this is my first visit, so I will be able to say more when I return in six weeks after following his advice.

I see both Dr. Stetler and Dr. Saltzman at the Southpark location and they are both wonderful. They have both performed procedures on my eye and my condition has improved dramatically! In addition to the amazing doctors, they have fantastic staff like Nicole! She is always so nice and comforting that it makes your appointment feel less daunting. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with my recent visit to the retina specialist Dr. Milan. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, welcoming, and efficient. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain my condition, the testing, and the next steps, which really put me at ease. I never felt rushed and appreciated how attentive and patient everyone was. The office was well organized, and the visit ran smoothly. I left feeling confident in my care and grateful to be in such capable hands. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a retina specialist

Thank you to Dr. Wiley for sending me to Dr. Milam for my eye issue. All of the eye docs and staff have been excellent care givers. Dr.Milam is just fantastic, answering all of our questions with patience and kindness. He reassured us during a stressful time; I absolutely would send everyone with eye problems to him. We trust him and value him; thank goodness for surgeons like Dr. Milam.

Went to CEENT today and saw Dr Klotz. This was by far the best experience I have had at a medical practice. Friendly staff, check in was easy, wait time was almost nonexistent. Assistant listened and asked appropriate questions. Dr Klotz was fantastic, kind, knowledgeable, explained things but was also efficient. He was able to look at my throat and start a plan to help me. I may have received news I didn’t want to hear because who wants something to be wrong , but I left feeling better about what is to come. Thank you to all the staff at CEENT for making it a great environment.

I don't know how I didn't listen to reviews, but please read them and understand you need to avoid all CEENTA offices. They add crazy charges to everything, the place is a MADHOUSE. Just trying to check in or get a call answered is a process I've never seen at any medical office in my life.
This wasn't even the worst issue. I was sent for a blood test with instructions to go to labcorp or quest. Mind you, they have other CEENTA locations that draw blood they could have sent me to... I went first to labcorp. No, they didn't have any order for me nor did they have the ability to scan the order barcode, nor did any of the typed in codes work. Went off to Quest. SAME THING. This began a 3 day process with hours and hours amd hours of driving and waiting and calls, including me waiting at one Quest office for 5 or 6 hours because the kind tech there insisted on figuring it out. Turns out they were not using the system correctly and it was so bad, Quest had to send reps to CEENTA to give them instructions. Bloodwork is as basic as it gets.
This wild goose chase took away time from work, and they never even ordered all the tests they were supposed to.
They sent my bill with upcharges to collections after just 3 months, but CEENTA called today still soliciting payment, then the rep was super nasty, gave a sarcastic/threatening remark, then hung up on me.

We found ourselves in a pickle... Well, it was really a bean and that bean was stuck in my son’s ear. My son was pretty scared but Dr. Cappello and his team came in, really psyched my son up and we gotta that little sucker unstuck. They were all super patient and incredibly kind. I never want to have to go through that again but if I have to, I will definitely go back to this wonderful team.

This definitely is the worst doctor's office ever! I was told this was the only CEENTA location that specialized in dry eyes and I was needing a new prescription due to a dry eye flare up. I saw Dr. Miles and was in the office for 15 mins to be told something I already knew, then the doctor suggested putting me on an eye drop that I would have to use forever and I wouldn't see any relief until 3 months. My 1st thought was she's definitely not the doctor for me. Who places someone on an eye drop forever with perfect vision and hasn't had a flare up in over 8 years. Informed her of why the flare up has been so bad, no empathy then after she hears I'm not open to being on something long term she suggests the other options. Listening to your patient and their concerns is what makes a great doctor not just prescribing medicine.
The eye drops were prescribed last Monday and I have yet to been able to pick them up from the pharmacy. I informed the nurse after my insurance denied the script that they only pay for the brand name, the nurse sent in generic again in another suspension. My insurance needed an authorization form, 3 days later I receive a voice message saying the form was sent. I reached out to my pharmacy and they informed me no authorization form was sent in Friday. It's been a whole week and still no prescription after several messages sent over. The issue I had with my dry eyes is still not resolved. Just a waste of time and energy with this office!
