I’ve gone here for years, out of habit. My experience has been especially poor the last few years. Last year, I had to call 8 times about my contacts that were lost in the mail. I was continually told to “keep waiting”, when they could clearly see through their tracking that the contacts said delivered. This year, I was told that my insurance would cover my contact exam, only to be charged $180. Then, I ordered contacts, and was told that my card on file would be charged, only to receive an “overdue balance” letter in the mail, 4 days after ordering the contacts. This place is a mess.

I got the perfect prescription from the Indian doctor here (I forgot her name) but she was so sweet and made sure I got the perfect lens . She performed several tesst and even told me to come back if anything didnt seem good and would fix it . Absolutely kind

Dr. Anupama Sehgal and her staff members are the best. They are kind and helpful. My both kids and spouse visit them for annual eye exams and checkups. Dr. Anupama Sehgal went above and beyond her schedule for my little ones checkup. Loved their service and would recommend to everyone.
