Dr Chen is super smart, caring, efficient, and explains everything clearly. Absolutely wonderful doctor. One of the best I've ever had.

I am surprised at some of the other reviews. I have found Dr. Jessica Chen's staff to be knowledgeable and hard working. As for Dr. Chen...she is the best! She has helped my parents and me so much. I can't thank her enough.

We like Dr Chen she knows what she’s doing, prompt and detailed. We dislike the way her office puts us on hold for extended periods of time and their urgency in follow up. On more than one occasion, we called and we were put on hold, and/or we were told they would call back or follow up on an issue and it didn’t resolve.
