The Reception is awesome she’s always nice
But the staff doesn’t adhere to hippa laws at all they can be rude at times the waverly location

I’ve had two great experiences with this eye center, once for my child and once for myself. Both only for picking out glasses, so I can only speak to that service.
In one situation the person taking care of me went above and beyond to accommodate an unusual request/need. I’m incredibly grateful. Thank you!
