Great eye doctor. Very approachable and open and direct about what's best for your eyes and you.

Had an abrasion on my cornea, which Dr. Chiang treated. The next day I had lost my vision in the affected eye and Dr. Chiang made an STAT appointment with Brooks Eye Associates for me to be seen by an Opthalmologist. . I was able to see a doctor right away and am so grateful for Dr. Chiang’s knowledge and sense of urgency. If it had not been for Dr.Chiang prompt action, I would have lost my vision. Thank you again Dr. Chiang, your knowledge was greatly appreciated.

The best optometrist I have ever been to. Dr Chiang explains everything you could ask of her. She's willing to help you achieve whatever your desired results. She has been my optometrist for 2 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes. Also very reasonably priced.

Dr Chiang is knowledgeable but since they don’t have permanent office staff, the person who works there is not trained and not responsible.

She has earned my trust and that is not an easy acquisition. My vision insurance recently changed and I needed to find a new Optometrist covered on my plan. A good friend recommended Dr Chiang. I have to say I was first skeptical about visiting an independent eye Dr at Costco, however Dr Christine Chiang soon made me a believer! Now I ask myself, why did I wait so long? She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and explained herself in terms I could understand regarding the health of my eyes. I ended up with multifocal contact lenses which have been fantastic. Now my whole family is a patient as well!

Excellent! Chiang Christine OD is a magician! I've been spending 22 months with another Dr. and continuedly ordered 5 pairs of eyeglasses and contact lens those are ALL FAIL. I thought my world is ending. Finally, I came to Dr. Chiang. She did magic to place lens in front of the wrong eyeglasses and started over the exam to get two prescriptions - one for distance, another for computer. Yesterday I picked up them. Amazing! I got renascence！！！（At SAME eyeglasses maker, I ordered the eyeglasses per the prescriptions of wrong Dr.'s and Dr. chiang's. The wrong Dr. ever asked me: if the eyeglasses maker has different manner to do it? Why always incorrect?)

Is the BEST!!

I called ahead for an appointment and only after I showed up did they tell me that they could not accept my insurance. That's not very respectful of my time, I don't have time to waste

Dr. Chiang is the ultimate professional and sensitive to the needs of her patients. Somewhat "squeamish" with anyone (including myself!) near my eyes, she is aware, asking prior to testing, thoroughly explaining the why's and the importance of the procedure. She then let's me decide whether I'm able to move forward. My previous OD gave "promise" she wouldn't proceed - but did anyway with the element of surprise. Perhaps she thought I'd get over my fear but it only made my phobia worse. She's no longer with that practice. It's rare for any office to provide a cell # which I have always received a prompt response. Her office - adjacent to Costco optical, allows easy access with exceptional prices with many insurance plans accepted. Any issues with an RX are a simple call next door. For anyone seeking a change in an OD with a professional, kind demeanor, Dr. Chiang and staff should be considered. I highly recommend!
