My eye surgeon seriously mishandled my procedure, leaving me with a damaged eyelid and an infection that caused prolonged discomfort and concern. Despite my repeated follow-ups and visible complications, it wasn’t until six months later that the surgeon finally admitted the initial procedure hadn’t worked and would need to be redone. This delay not only worsened my physical condition but also shattered my trust in the care I was receiving.
